  1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the rules and regulations of the online store www.lenagorzyckajewels.com.

  2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions also implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Before using the Store, the Buyer should familiarize himself with its provisions. The Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data of persons using the Store.

  5. The Administrator processes personal data in order to provide services electronically through the Store, including mainly for the purpose of processing orders placed in the Store.

The Administrator shall apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data, and in particular shall protect the data against unauthorized access, processing in violation of the law, and alteration, loss, damage or destruction. Only persons authorized by the Administrator are allowed to process your data within the Administrator’s organization.

Personal data collected includes: name, name (company), Tax Identification Number, business address, residential address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail, bank account number (in case of refund to bank account in connection with withdrawal from the contract or complaint), login, IP address of the computer from which registration was made or order was placed. Personal information is collected when a user registers, fills out an order form, a contact form. The Seller reserves the right to disclose selected information about its customers to the competent authorities or to third parties who make a request for such information, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

  8. The vendor does not store the payment or credit card data of its customers. These data are exclusively processed by the electronic banking system that allows online payments.

Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or executing a contract and fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligation will be kept for the duration of the contract, and after its expiration for the period necessary for: post-sale customer service (e.g., handling complaints), securing or asserting potential claims to which the Administrator is entitled, fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligation (arising, for example, from tax or accounting regulations). Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be kept until revoked.
